The last customised piece for 2016 - Santa's Tree House. This is a revamp from Sylvanian Families' Tree House set.

Santa is finishing his 'Naughty List' while his elf prepares all the crappy gifts for the ones who made it to the 'Naughty List'. 😂

We have the 'Nice List' ready with all the cool presents.
